Classes,
Workshops and Seminars
I have learned SOOO much out of working with Karin. The new ideas and
techniques I have come away with from taking her course have been
tremendously helpful, and I no longer feel so overwhelmed with my "mess". I
actually know now what to do with everything, instead of 're-organizing" the
chaos, so to speak.
Before I started working with Karin, I had a lot of clutter, and I mean A
LOT of clutter, mostly because of papers that didn't have a place. Now,
after working with Karin, I know exactly how to organize all of my papers,
whether it's filing that needs to be done, or "throwing out" that needs to
be done. I really feel like a tremendous weight has been taking off my
shoulders.
The three most significant improvements in my life thanks to Karin and her
wonderful Supermom Relief System are: much less stress/more peace, much more
free time, and some significant results around overall cleanliness of my
house, which are emerging. Thank you so much, Karin, for everything you
have done for me!

I thoroughly enjoyed Karins' How to
Unclutter teleclass. I found it interesting and it
helped me to understand why I approach my files and
papers the way I do. I have implemented the Right
Brain approach for papers (I found I am right brain
dominant). I had done some of it that way, but
now I have all my records filed with her suggestions
for me in mind. It has made it easier to find things
during this tax season. I am looking forward to taking
other classes. She has a lot to offer and is
fun to work with!

Karin's real, concrete steps are a
soothing balm to my unpredictable life as a freelance
writer. I was able to take her suggestions into a difficult
situation with one of my children and mounting deadlines,
and get immediate results--and the relief needed to get the
job done.

It really helped me at
an appropriate time! Karin was extremely knowledgeable and
gave excellent presentations. Very helpful and practical. I
am already using these techniques.

Thank you!
Your travel tips were fantastic. We had just a wonderful
trip. I flew home with him [10-month-old son] on my own,
23 hours of travel, and it was extremely successful.
Thank you so much for your great ideas and support,

When You Can't Find Your Keys"
Hi Karin,
Thank you again for literally changing my life. I have
reaped many benefits from working with you. I have a neater,
well-running house and a workable (albeit busy) schedule.
I used to lose important papers on a regular basis; now
it’s odd if I can't find something immediately (and
then I know it’s in one of two or at most three places).
I’m saving money because I’m cooking in more
often and spending less on needless “impulse buys.” The
biggest benefit is that I’m much happier than I was
before. There’s less stress because I’m more
organized, and if I need to take a night off I can do it
guilt-free because I know I’ve rescheduled anything
I put off. I’m now also teaching my children good
habits that will help them in their lives.
Before you worked with me I was aimless, unhappy and drowning
in clutter. The bottom two levels of my house were filled
at least waist deep in piles of things. The upper levels
of my house were extremely cluttered as well. I was always
buying duplicates of things I didn’t need because
I often didn’t put my purchases away and didn’t
know or couldn’t find what I already had. I was getting
frustrated with my volunteer work because I felt I always
had some sort of deadline hanging over my head.
From the first phone call I had with you I started to
see big changes. At first I wasn’t very motivated
to do some of the groundwork, like make a master schedule,
but felt accountable to you and did it. Immediately that
tool brought order and happiness into my life when I was
finally able to see the “big picture.” You
taught me that I could have a workable routine without
becoming a slave to it. After you visited my house I implemented
your suggestions about storage, zones and getting my children
involved. The bottom two levels of my house are now usable(!)
and the upper levels are becoming a joy to live in. The
advice you gave me regarding traveling was invaluable!
Every time we spoke I felt like I’d just read a whole
book on organizing, and since the advice was tailor-made
for me, I saw big results immediately.
The three most significant improvements thanks to our
work together have been:
- I have a uncluttered home that I’m actually
proud of, instead of embarrassed by.
- I’ve learned that organization is a process
instead of a one-off project. When I start to feel overwhelmed
I know now to examine my tasks and surroundings. I
can usually quickly identify what’s not working – schedule,
location of supplies, etc. – and quickly correct
it.
- My whole family is much happier because our well-running
home is less stressful. We engage in a lot of family
activities now because everything we need is at our fingertips.

I used to stay at the office until 6:30 or 7 to finish
everything, then was feeling guilty for not spending more
time with my children. Now, I leave the office at 5:30,
everything done, and I have time to spend with my boys
in the evening. Even during a time when my life got crazy,
I didn't lose my focus and my ability to juggle everything.
I feel like I can finally do everything I want to, I don't
do anything I don't want and don't really need to do, and
I still have time for myself.
Thank you Karin!

I tend to be a very organized person and never imagined
that I would need the help of a professional organizer.
[… Karin Stewart] recommended a system that was
logical and easy to maintain. […] Karin respected
my need to work in short blocks of time, yet kept me moving
forward until the work was complete. […] Karin is
knowledgeable, intelligent, systematic, compassionate and
fun to work with.

[Karin Vibe-Rheymer-Stewart] is hands-on, logical, systematic
and sensitive to your inexplicable love of clutter. She
will help you let go of the 200th pen (my situation) without
insulting your intelligence or attachment to each specific
identical item.
