  • Do you wish there were more hours in a day?

  • Do you feel that you could get more done, if only…?

  • Do you find juggling motherhood and life harder than advertised?

If you answered yes to some or all of these questions, you are far from being the only one!

Did you know that, for the first time in a century, workers are putting in longer hours than their parents? At work, we are asked to do more with less, faster; computers and cell phones, once hailed as a way to simplify our lives, have actually added a layer of complexity; a lot of the support staff that used to be there to delegate some tasks to is gone.

At home, it is the same picture: The kids need to be brought to and from school; they have multiple after-school activities; our significant other wants romantic time; the chores still need to be done. (Speaking of home, did you know that a stay-at-home mother of 3 children under the age of 10 works the equivalent of two full-time jobs?) According to Health authorities, we should add to this at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise every day. And it would be nice to do some relaxing activity, such as meditation or mindful walking. And… and… and…

No wonder that we feel overwhelmed!

Even with those demands on our time, it is possible to create a balanced life, taking care of everything that is important AND have time to relax.

The SuperWoman Relief Systems can show you how:
